There
are two (single burner) butane cookers, supplied with
the vehicle. A pack of 4 disposable butane canisters

at the Britz branch for AU$10. These are included when
the Britz Bonus Pack has been purchased.
Replacement
cartridges can be easily bought and replaced from most
camping stores, hardware shops and large chain stores
such as K Mart.

is 25 Litre Capacity.The filler cap is located on the
passenger side of the vehicle and marked 'Water' and
the filler hose is supplied.
The vehicle
only has one water tap, located on the side step at
the drivers door. Simply snap on the hose, open the
valve and pressure fill the tank. Once the tank is full,
close the valve and remove the hose. Very quick and
easy!

contains: Emergency Position Indicating Beacon (EPIRB)
when activated the beacon transmits an emergency distress
signal, which can be detected by Australian rescue authorities.
Snatch Strap used to pull a vehicle from a bogged
position (with the aid of another vehicle), in conjunction
with the D-Shackles Bow Shackles secure the snatch
strap to a rigid anchor point Outback folding spade.

Road restrictions apply as follows:
4WD vehicles can be driven
on recognised unsealed tracks.
4WD vehicles may only travel
to the following areas with the written permission of
Britz: Simpson Desert, Strzelecki Track, Gunbarrel
Highway, Cape York, the Bungle Bungles, Oodnadatta Track,
Birdsville Track, Tanami Track, the Plenty Highway,
Gibb River Road, Burke Development Road from Chillagoe
to Normanton, Savannah Way from Normanton to Borroloola,
Fraser Island*, Finke Road (between Alice Springs and
Oodnadatta), Central Arnhem Road and Arnhem Land in
general.
Vehicles are NOT permitted to
travel: On
the Canning Stock Route, the Old Gunbarrel
Hwy, the Lost City in Litchfield Park, the Telegraph
section of the road to Cape York, Boggy Hole (Finke
Gorge National Park) and the Old South Road from Maryvale
to Finke at any time.
Vehicles are NOT permitted to travel to Cape York
between the months of December to May. At all other
times permission is required.
* The Britz Safari 4WD is not permitted to travel
to Fraser Island where any objects are being stored
on the roof of the vehicle. This requirement is legislated
and fines, enforced by local authorities are applicable.

Britz
reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict
vehicle movements in certain areas due to adverse road
or weather conditions, and the distance to nominated
destinations in relation to the length of the hire period.
