Our new customer service
initiatives, launched in October this year in both Australia
and New Zealand, have been well received by customers.
Just a reminder, these services are available exclusively
to maui customers.
Linen Swap
Customers can drop by any maui branch during their travels
to get fresh stocks of linen and bedding. i.e. If you
wish to replace any of your linen and bedding for a
freshly laundered supply, just swing by any of our branches
during our regular opening hours.
Valet Service - now
includes water and oil check
All maui customers travelling 21+ days can have
their vehicle spring cleaned inside and out at any of
our branches. Customers need to make an appointment
48 hours ahead of time. As a result of customer feedback,
this now includes oil and water checks.
Express Return
If your customers are travelling on the Premium Package,
they can simply drop off their keys at the return desk
during business hours and get on their way with a minimum
of fuss. Our trained staff will contact customers if
they need to.
Apartment styled kitchen
equipment
You will find quality, apartment styled kitchen equipment
in your motorhome including all those essentials for
on the road living like decent wine glasses, coffee plunger,
china crockery, superior cutlery, pots, pans and cooking
utensils – all the tools of the trade!

All our motorhomes are designed and manufactured by
Ci Munro and our Melbourne based factory. Ci Munro is
part of the thl (Tourism Holdings Limited) family of
businesses that also owns maui motorhomes and car rentals.
Ci Munro has been an iconic motorhome and caravan manufacturer
for over 60 years. It’s purpose built manufacturing
facility allows design control over products and to
employ & ensure modern, sustainable manufacturing methods
utilising state of the art technology
Our expert and skilled
mechanics are trained on Mercedes, Volkswagen and Fiat
servicing and diagnostics. Our team are fully trained
to use diagnostic equipment supplied to us by these
manufacturers. All servicing is carried out to manufacturers’
standards and requirements at their specified intervals.
All our motorhomes and rental cars are maintained to
the highest standards with a first class maintenance
programme. When you pick up your camper, you can be
sure that it has undergone a comprehensive service.
This thorough process also ensures that the motorhome
runs with better fuel economy and lower emissions. If
at any stage of your hire you need a helping hand, we
have 24/7 Customer Care roadside assistance.
